Sandra D. Williams,
CEO
Sandra D. Williams has worked with clients since 1979 in medical accounts
receivable management. Ms. Williams has served as an advisor and
consultant nationwide to various emergency department groups to
enhance revenues with improved coding, billing and collection
practices. Ms. Williams established Applied Medical Services in 1990
and has since expanded the company’s services to include full
practice management, medical billing and coding, auditing, and
transcription, and their client list to include over 70 hospitals and
clinics nationwide.

Michelle L. Durner, President
Michelle Durner is experienced in private sector financial analysis
and provides efficiency analysis to clients based on month end
reports provided by Applied Medical Services. Ms. Durner has also
authored articles regarding HIPAA and Practice Management for MD News
Magazine and often lends her expertise to the news media on industry
related trends.
Ms. Durner
earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from the
University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Nicole Wray, President, Fast Chart
As President of the Fast Chart transcription service divison, Ms.
Wray oversees recruitment of qualified medical transcriptionists,
monitors the distribution of work to 90+ transcriptionists nationwide
and assistswith communications with current and prospective
clients. Nicole Wray earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing
from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Ray Shaw, Vice President of
Information Systems
Ray Shaw has over 27 years experience managing computer systems and
data communications. Mr. Shaw joined Applied Medical Services in
1996, working with customers and staff to ensure reliable data
communications and timely information retrieval. Mr. Shaw has
coordinated the upgrading of Applied Medical Services’ internal
networks and Internet operations and manages the support operations.

Kelley
Carter, Human Resources Manager
Kelley Carter’s 20 years
of experience in the areas of human resources and administration
include both public and private sector. Ms. Carter has worked with
organizations ranging from start up companies to international,
multi-site corporations. Ms. Carter is a result-oriented manager who
continually searches for ways to help improve the organizations she
services. In addition to managing day-to-day human resources,
benefits and administrative operations, Ms. Carter also handles
client payroll and month-end efficiency stats reporting.

Rachel Mitchell, CPCHI,
Director of Client Development and Relations
Rachel
Mitchell joined the Applied Medical Services team in 2000 and has
over 17 years experience in medical coding, billing, and consulting.
Her primary function with AMS is managing our client base.
Ms. Mitchell has been a Certified Professional Coder since 1993
with multiple specialty background with the strongest fields being
primary care, general surgery, dermatology, internal, plastics and
emergency medicine. She is also a Certified Coding Instructor
since 2004. Mitchell's other background experience includes
writing company compliance plans, HIPAA policy manuals and technical
procedure manuals.

Dan Johnson,
Operations Manager
Dan Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Auburn University. Mr. Johnson's
past experience includes telecommunications and information systems.
He joined the Applied Medical Services team in 1999. Since joining
Applied Medical Services, Mr. Johnson has streamlined the data
processing functions and is involved in needs-assessment for ongoing
and future projects.
